I have used a different parking service very close to this one, but this site offered slightly better rates, however, on February 11, 2017 I called to see about making a reservation (short notice but ...) and got an answering machine that said they would be away from Aug? to Aug? (don't recall dates). It's FEBRUARY! Needless to say, I made reservations with the previous company, because at least they answer their phone personally, not with a very outdated voicemail recording AND I was able to make a reservation with them.
