We had fantastic service at check in. Was very helpful. However they are not consistent because when we returned to retrieve our vehicle was not warm, the ladies at the front desk seemed extremely clueless and had no idea what was going on and also were very rude. The manager came to speak with us and it was just pointless as she was just as clueless as the lady at the front of reception. We ended up having to retriever our cold car with 8 luggage's a dog and a baby with no help offered. This is not valet. This is just an experience since place to park your car.
